What if I miss out on buying a Pioneer Pass?

If Pioneer Passes sell out, standard festival passes will be made available afterward. However, these will not include the special Pioneer benefits and will be at the regular rate.

Do I have to camp?

No, we know camping under canvas isn’t for everyone.

Ideas Festival attendees will have a variety of accommodation options to suit all budgets. In addition to local hotels, we’ll be  offering unique camping and glamping experiences for those looking for something different. These range from basic camping to more luxurious glamping setups, ensuring everyone can find a comfortable place to stay.

Detailed information about all accommodation options, including pricing and booking details, will be released in January on our website.

Can I speak at Ideas Fest?

We welcome speaking pitches from entrepreneurs, industry experts, and thought leaders. If you’re interested in sharing your insights and experiences at Ideas Festival, please email us your proposal at fest@ideasforums.com.

Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we encourage you to send your pitches as early as possible. Please note that the festival is extremely popular and is expected to sell out.

The best way to ensure your attendance, even if you’re planning to speak, is to book your ticket early. Once we’re sold out, no additional tickets will be available.

What are the timings of Ideas Fest?

Ideas Festival kicks off on Thursday, 12th September, at 10 am. The day is packed with activities, sessions, and networking opportunities, continuing until around 1 am for those who wish to make the most of the evening. On Friday, the festival site will be open from the morning, but official talks and sessions will start at 11 am. The formal content concludes at 6 pm. However, attendees are welcome to stay on for drinks and informal networking until later in the evening.
