AJ Pritchard is one of the UK's best-known dancers, choreographers and television personalities and increasingly, one of its most unexpected voices in financial education.

He began competing at age 12, became National Youth Latin Champion three years running and reached the semi-finals of Britain's Got Talent before joining the professional cast of BBC One's Strictly Come Dancing for four series. Since leaving Strictly in 2020, AJ has built a presenting and performance career across television from I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! to hosting and live events while growing a combined social following that reaches millions.

In 2024, AJ joined Fint Invest with his brother Curtis and IronMarket CEO Wes Wilkes someone the brothers had known for years as their personal wealth mentor. It was Wes who guided them through the financial realities of building careers in the public eye, and that relationship, and a shared frustration at how few people their age had ever received a proper financial education, became the founding story of Fint. The FCA-regulated investment app exists to close that gap giving a generation of aspiring investors the knowledge and tools to start building personal wealth, from just £50 a month.
