Albert Azis-Clauson

Tramlines

Albert is the founder and CEO of Tramlines. He trained at the Royal Ballet before pivoting into academia, where he studied computer science and philosophy of science. Across a decade in startups, he has built and sold three companies, helped raise over £100m in pre-Series A capital, and been part of building dozens of others.

He is the youngest ever appointee to HMRC's advisory board and a judge of the Great British Entrepreneur Awards. He is the architect of the Tramlines model: a hybrid of consultancy economics and venture equity participation designed to build fast-growth companies for a fraction of traditional venture capital.
