Alice Dewar-Mills is a fractional Commercial Director, founder of Looking Glass Solutions and co-founder of Fractional On Demand, a growing community for fractional directors across the UK.

With more than 20 years’ commercial experience, Alice works with founders and small businesses on the less glamorous but rather important parts of running and growing a business – from contracts and pricing to finances, profitability and making good commercial decisions.

Through Fractional On Demand, she is also a passionate advocate for fractional working and the opportunities it gives growing businesses to access experienced senior people without necessarily needing them full-time.
