Ammar Akhtar is the Founder & CEO of Final Rentals, a Cardiff-headquartered car rental technology platform operating in 65+ countries and 500+ locations. Since founding the company in 2016, Ammar has grown it roughly 15x in three years, making it the only Welsh company on the Sifted 100. He leads a 28-person team across 12 countries, and built BLADE, Final Rentals' proprietary AI booking engine, during the pandemic with a small team.
