Her first book, The Work/Parent Switch, outlines how working parents can use the bits of time left over when work is done to parent smarter not harder and be the parent their child needs. Her most recent book How To Get Your Teenager Out Of Their Bedroom came out to five start reviews in September 2024.

Anita was recently named in The Times as one of the top 5 parenting coaches in the UK. Her parenting advice blog ‘Thinking Parenting’ has been listed in The Sunday Times Magazine as a must-read for parents.
