Anna Lundberg

Anna Lundberg works with founders and leaders at the point where the very things that made them successful start holding them back.

She spent a decade chasing the conventional version of success - an Oxford degree, a marketing career at Procter & Gamble, ticking every box - then a decade redefining it, and now helps others see and rewrite the success scripts running beneath their decisions.

She is an ICF-certified coach with a MicroMasters in organisational psychology, and has run workshops and away days for teams at Unilever, Amazon, and Urban Outfitters. Her recent media appearances include the BBC, Business Insider, and Freelancer Magazine.

Anna now runs Off Script, a community for independent experts building something commercially strong around real life, and works one to one with founders at a turning point in their business. She is the author of two books, with a third, Rewrite Your Success Scripts, due in 2027, and recently recorded the 400th episode of the Reimagining Success podcast.

She speaks at conferences and leadership away days across the UK and Europe, and at TEDx Gosport in September 2026, blending organisational psychology, commercial experience and coaching to help people see why they keep working the way they do - and what it would take to work differently.
