Annabelle Mayhew is an exited founder, strategic thinking partner to scaling founders, and the commercial force behind one of B2B media's cleaner exit stories. As Co-founder and CCO of TowerXchange, she built the behind-the-scenes engine that grew EBITDA from ~£150k to over £1m, culminating in an eight-figure exit to Euromoney, a FTSE 250 business.

Today she is Co-founder and CCIO of Tower&Co Media and Business Intelligence, and privately works with founders at their highest-stakes decision points - where ambiguity, complexity and commercial reality collide and getting it wrong is expensive. Her focus is the gap between what a business says and does and what's quietly being sidestepped.

Her route was unusual - a zoologist, divemaster and former expedition leader, she combines experience, expertise and a passion for psychology to read the incentives and behaviour behind the spreadsheets.
