Aron Gelbard is co-founder of Bloom & Wild, Europe’s leading flower and gifting platform. The business delivers millions of bouquets and gifts every year across eight markets through three brands.

Bloom & Wild’s success is driven by its proprietary, vertically integrated technology platform and supply chain, alongside industry-leading levels of consumer advocacy. This includes innovations such as the sensitive occasion email opt-out and the Thoughtful Marketing Movement.

Under Aron’s leadership, Bloom & Wild has raised over £100 million in equity funding from investors including General Catalyst and Index Ventures. The Bloom & Wild Group is also a certified B Corp.

Prior to founding Bloom & Wild, Aron worked in consulting at Bain & Company in both London and Silicon Valley. He holds an MA from Oxford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Aron is a trustee of Felix, the UK’s leading food redistribution charity, and a pledger to Founders Pledge.
