Ben leads creative direction and production, guiding even the most nervous, camera-shy founders into a confident, authentic on-screen presence, making the process feel light and enjoyable rather than daunting.

Rachael leads account management and client coordination, and her gift is conversation, drawing out the knowledge and experience founders don't realise they have, with warmth and energy that keeps things feeling collaborative.
