Caroline Clark works with leaders and teams in technology, space and science to improve performance by addressing the beliefs shaping behaviour, culture and decision-making.

An analogue astronaut, Caroline takes part in research missions within simulated space habitats, studying how people perform under extreme pressure. This experience helped shape Belief OS®, her model for understanding how beliefs operate across individuals, teams and wider systems.

Before moving into organisational psychology, Caroline spent 13 years in senior technology leadership, scaling high-performing teams from zero to 150 people. She holds a first-class BSc in Psychology from The Open University and is completing an MSc at Birkbeck, specialising in leadership and teamwork within extreme environments.

Caroline is also a TEDx speaker, a contributor to The Psychologist and a mentor on the UK Space Agency LEO accelerator. Her forthcoming book, Beliefocracy, explores how belief systems influence confidence, team performance and our sense of what is possible.

Her clients include the UK Space Agency, Sage, RICOH, Mind the Product and the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
