Chantelle-Shakila is a London-born, South Asian entrepreneur and the founder of TIAGI, an international creative production agency and artist consultancy with offices in London, Los Angeles and Mumbai.
With over 18 years of experience in the production & event industry, Chantelle-Shakila has produced global campaigns and editorials for brands, Byredo, Etro, Mulberry and Jimmy Choo, as well as publications such as Perfect, AnOther, T Magazine China, Dazed, Vogue China & India and The Sunday Times Style.
Her event work spans large-scale cultural moments, including a three-day presentation, rave and Q&A with Dazed and Stel at Copenhagen Fashion Week, the opening of Conor Clinch’s Sanctuary exhibition in Paris, and Patrick McDowell's A/W London Fashion Week Runway show.
She began her career at MTV while still at university, before going on to work at Liberty and REP, and freelancing regularly with Net-a-Porter, gaining deep experience across editorial, brand and commercial production. In 2018, she founded TIAGI as a completely self-funded, bootstrapped venture built from the ground up. What started as a one-woman operation has since grown into a global creative company specialising in image and video campaigns, live and experiential events, and full-service production across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, hospitality and travel.
Alongside running TIAGI, Chantelle-Shakila is passionate about mentorship and representation within the creative industries and particularly supporting women and South Asian talent to break into leadership roles. She is a regular speaker and panellist, sharing her insights on entrepreneurship, creativity and the realities of balancing business and motherhood.
Her journey reflects the modern balance between building a global business and raising a family, proving that creativity, ambition and motherhood can thrive together.
