Charlie Flounders is an award-winning international speaker, creative entrepreneur, storyteller, and workshop leader who speaks about bravery, resilience, and making brave moves toward the life you truly want, even before you feel fully ready.

After building a successful photography and videography agency, Charlie's life changed forever when she was suddenly blinded in a brutal facial impact whilst filming aboard an industrial ship. Forced to step away from the career she had spent years building, she faced the challenge of rebuilding not just her business, but her identity (whilst re-learning how to be in the world with vision impairment and processing all the feelings this came with).

Rather than allowing that moment to define her, Charlie chose to rewrite the story. Today, she shares a powerful message about courage, adaptability, mindset, and what it really takes to rebuild your life when everything changes in an instant.
