An agency. A magazine. An awards that fills the National Museum Cardiff and makes grown founders cry happy tears. None of it happened by accident.

WCS Agency is a social-first integrated marketing, PR and creative agency based in Cardiff. We work with ambitious brands who want more than pretty content, clients like Redbull, Team Wales, The Ivy Collection, The Celtic Collection and BusinessInFocus trust us to make their marketing actually move the needle.

Cardiff Life Magazine and the Cardiff Life Awards exist because Cardiff deserved a platform that took its business community seriously. I bought them, rebuilt them, and turned them into the most credible stage for Welsh business and culture in the city.

Two years running, Creative Entrepreneur of the Year. I’m proud of that.

Alongside the agency, I work quietly with a small number of founders and MDs as a fractional CMO, the senior marketing brain in the room when you need one, without the full-time hire. If you’re scaling and your marketing isn’t keeping up, that’s usually where I come in.

I sit on the Cardiff Business Club board. I’m based in Cardiff and I’m not going anywhere. This city is having its moment and I intend to be part of what that looks like.
