She built Lodestar as a purpose-led, remote-first business which recently became a Certified B Corp—proof that profit and impact aren’t mutually exclusive. Chloe and her all-female team deliver strategic advisory and outsourced finance functions with radical ownership and transparency at the core, guiding world-changing businesses toward sustainable growth.
