Chloe Lambert is a London-based investor at Ananda Impact Ventures. She was trained as a scientist and an engineer, first in neuroscience and mathematics at Columbia University, then in chemical engineering with biotechnology at Imperial College London, with lab experience along the way. What interests her is the gap between a result that works in a lab and a product a patient or a customer can actually use, and she spends her time with founders trying to cross it. Pushing the boundaries of what gets funded, and backing women founders and women's innovation in particular, is the work she cares most about. Outside the fund she is a musician and a long distance runner.
