What began as sharing the realities of childminding has grown into a quarterly print magazine, practical resources, AI training and a growing community of childminders.
Claire is building the business alongside running her own childminding setting and raising a family, and talks openly about the reality of growing a business, trying new ideas, getting things wrong, changing direction and learning that sustainable growth can’t simply mean doing more.
