He founded Wonderful, a digital creative agency that grew from an idea into an multi award-winning B Corp agency working with national and global brands across sectors including healthcare, retail, finance, logistics, leisure, government and technology.

In 2025, Dan exited Wonderful through an EOT (Employee Ownership Trust). He now helps founders & CEOs to scale with clarity, conviction and commercial focus.
