Debra Coleman specialises in helping creative-tech team leaders learn to lead with ease, and highly skilled creatives who have lost their mojo regain confidence in their career choices.

As the founder of Open Frame Coaching, she has worked with over 80 clients across 13 countries, achieving a 100% recommendation rate. Her client roster includes BAFTA and VES award-winning supervisors and studios across visual effects, games and animation. She also serves as a Subject Specialist at the National Film and Television School, Director of Animated Women UK, Mastered associate and WIA Mentor.
