Deepak Ravindran is the co-founder of Oddbox, one of the UK’s largest sustainable food delivery businesses tackling food waste. He helped grow Oddbox from a South London startup to a nationwide brand, reaching £30 million in revenue in six years, earning B Corp certification, and raising over £25 million in Series B funding.

He is now an executive coach working with purpose-led founders and senior leaders who are either having to step up or want to step aside.

Deepak brings over 20 years of leadership experience across Fortune 500 businesses and startups. He combines commercial depth with lived experience as a founder, offering both strategic sharpness and leadership insight.

He also serves as a non-executive director, and frequently shares real-world insights on growth, leadership, and founder wellbeing.

In his spare time, he is busy in nature, doing some sport or keeping his high energy 7 year old daughter engaged.
