Dominnique Karetsos is an impact leader, investor and intelligence advisor, recognised globally as a leading authority in women's health, sexual wellbeing and justice. Her work sits at the intersection of investment, intelligence and impact, shaping how the world understands healthy sexualities, female agency and the economic empowerment of women. A pioneer of the women's health, sexual wellbeing and technology sector, she coined the language that defined the industry and helped build it from its earliest days into a global movement.

As Founding General Partner of Amboy Street Ventures Fund I and Venture Partner for Fund II, Dominnique powers capital into breakthrough innovations across women's health and sexual wellbeing. Alongside her venture work, she invests personally in early stage founders and advises companies across women's health, sexual health, med tech, therapeutics, digital health, lifestyle and global wellness. Her strategic counsel blends commercial clarity, behavioural insight and profound cultural fluency, supporting leaders navigating taboo markets, scaling with integrity and creating meaningful value.

Mentorship sits at the heart of her work. Dominnique provides one to one strategic support for founders and innovators, offering fast clarity, courageous guidance and deep expertise drawn from her lived experience and her decade as a founder operator. Before stepping into investment and advisory leadership, she spent over ten years as Founder and CEO of Healthy Pleasure Group, the organisation that helped build the sexual health and technology sector from the ground up and launched global innovations that challenged censorship and reshaped public discourse.

A commanding and provocative global speaker, Dominnique has delivered talks and keynotes across international stages including Women's Health Week in New York and Europe, Management Today, HLTC, Women Innovation Health Summits, Big Connect with Barclays Eagle Lab, Hampton Tech Week, Sigma Health Tech Malta, sTARTUp Day Estonia, Women in Tech Global Summit Paris and SXSW London. For three years she has served as a UN Delegate for CSW65 to CSW67 and the UN Future of Innovation, contributing to global dialogue on gender, power and systemic change.

Her commitment to justice extends into philanthropy. She is Chief Impact Officer at the Blue Rose Alliance, an intelligence alliance focused on preventing human trafficking and grooming. She also raises funds for Her100 Foundations, safe houses supporting survivors of sex trafficking in Southern Africa.

Her background spans International Brand Architecture & Marketing, Advanced Supply Chain Management and a Masters in Maritime and International Trade. She is also a Clinical Sexologist and Educator whose work is grounded in behavioural science. Her philosophy centres on one truth: our culture religion, policies and power shape the values we hold about sex and money, and the sexual and financial revolution for women is the same fight.
