Dwain Reid is a Growth & Performance Strategist, keynote speaker and programme leader who helps leaders, teams and entrepreneurs turn strategy into meaningful progress.

For more than 15 years, he has worked at the intersection of business growth, execution, innovation and performance. His career spans entrepreneurship, higher education, investment and government, giving him a distinctive perspective on why some people and organisations create momentum while others remain busy but stand still.

Dwain has worked with organisations including the BBC, Shell, Virgin, Kingston University and Forbes Family Group. He also contributed to a UK Government entrepreneurship advisory group focused on strengthening entrepreneurship and early-stage business support across the United Kingdom.

Today, his work spans enterprise programme leadership, founder development, organisational workshops and keynote speaking. He leads enterprise programmes at Kingston University, supporting thousands of students and graduates each year, and serves as Founder Ecosystem Lead at Forbes Family Group, where he develops initiatives connecting ambitious founders with investment, training, networks and opportunity.

Alongside these roles, Dwain designs and delivers growth programmes for founders, facilitates practical workshops for universities, business support organisations and professional communities, and speaks at conferences and events on performance, execution and meaningful progress.
