Ed James DL is an award-winning broadcaster, entrepreneur, author and communication coach who has spent more than 25 years working out what makes people pay attention.

He presents the daily show on BBC Radio WM and is the author of Be More Kid. Alongside broadcasting, Ed works with leaders and organisations on communication, storytelling and engagement.

He is co-founder of Lunar, a digital and AI agency, and co-founder of Ready to Roll, a content business helping organisations turn their people, expertise and ideas into engaging content.

A Deputy Lieutenant of the West Midlands and trustee of Kids’ Village, Ed is fascinated by people, ideas, technology and what makes an audience actually care.
