Elin Roberts is the Co-founder & CEO of Better Nature, the B Corp on a mission to encourage people to give chicken the night off and try the flavour-hungry protein with more good inside: Better Nature's tempeh.
After discovering tempeh and its powerful health benefits, Elin founded Better Nature to bring this nourishing Indonesian protein to everyday kitchens.
Today she leads the company’s growth across the UK and Europe, championing the consumption of better protein - that gives you not only protein, but fibre, antioxidants and gut health benefits too.
Elin is passionate about building a purpose-driven business that changes the way people eat, one chicken swap at a time.
When Elin isn’t leading Better Nature, you can find her at the theatre, at the gym, spending time with friends and family, or cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
