The Big Bakes

Before co-founding The Big Bakes, the ultimate, immersive baking experience, Eloise worked in hospitality and even moonlighted as an Elsa entertainer. After studying Politics and Sociology at the University of Leeds, she moved into market research at Kantar, then became Global PR and Events Manager at International Airlines Group. In 2017, inspired by a much-loved office bake off, she and colleague Adam Chaudhri launched The Big London Bake in Tooting — assembling the tent themselves. Nine years on, it's grown into the UK's number one live baking event, with multi-award-winning venues across London, Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester, and a team of over 110. Eloise alongside Adam, juggles it all with two young children, two rescue dogs, and a serious love of banana bread.

The Big Bakes is now the UK’s number one live baking event. Eloise won the 2019 EveryWoman Award for ‘The most inspirational woman running a business 0 - 3 years’ and she and Adam won Small Business Entrepreneur of the Year at The GBEA Awards in 2020, and then went on to proudly win Scale Up Entrepreneurs of the year in 2024.
