Francesca Salussolia builds AI communication infrastructure for conversations that cannot afford to go wrong. Having built an organisation delivering national safeguarding and mentoring programmes for the Department for Education and the Mayor of London, she went on to develop the patent-pending platform behind them, now carrying more than 33,000 conversations annually. Her AI-led research took programme engagement from 30% to 82% and was presented as evidence in Parliament. Awarded CSR World Leader at the House of Lords, she has been featured in Forbes and BBC News, and is a Fellow of Oxford Brookes University.
