She joined Rare Founders as her entry point into the startup world and quickly found a passion for building the ecosystem from the inside. Today, she leads on partnerships and experience design, creating high-energy events and curated environments where founders and investors can connect in a way that actually leads to opportunity.

With over 15 years in hospitality and events across the UK and Australia, Fraya brings a strong experience-first mindset, focused on how people feel in the room, not just what's on paper. Her work centres around designing spaces that prioritise inclusivity, accessibility, and genuine connection, moving beyond surface-level networking.
