Geeta Sidhu-Robb has built multiple companies and coached the founders behind billion-pound outcomes — her growth advisor work has contributed close to £2bn to the UK economy over the past decade. Her approach begins where most growth advice stops: with the person leading the business.

After years of watching capable founders stall at the same revenue ceilings, she reached a conclusion that now shapes everything she does. The constraint is rarely the strategy, the market or the funding round. It is the founder, still running the operating system that got them to this stage rather than the one the next stage requires. Every level of growth asks for a different version of the leader.

The track record bears it out. She has coached the founder behind the third-largest female private equity exit on record, near to $1.8bn in 2026, and worked with Sam Smith, who took finnCap from £15m in revenue to IPO and a £52m exit.

Through SuperScalers, her CEO Intensive for founders scaling from £1m to £50m and beyond, she works on the shift from operator to CEO — building companies that no longer depend on the founder being in the room. Through the Bootstrappers Female Founder Training she teaches the frameworks behind sustainable growth, including the Personality Profile, the Business Profile and the 90 Day Money Model.

Her second focus is structural. As founder of WCorporation and Green Flag, she works on gender equity in the workplace and channels investment towards women-led businesses. She hosts Bootstrappers' Breakfasts™, a podcast and live event series for female founders building substantial companies without venture funding, and mentors through the European Innovation Council.

She came to this by an unusual route: a former corporate lawyer who rebuilt from homelessness to build global movements. A multi-award-winning coach, entrepreneur and activist, she was named in 2026 to the Top 100 Influential People and Top 100 Female Entrepreneurs lists, and won the Influential Men and Women Award for Executive Coaching & Business Growth. A TEDx speaker and Netflix contributor, she is a regular voice across UK and European press, radio and television.

She is based in the UK and speaks on founder capacity, scaling, and the economics of who gets funded — talks that are candid about outdated systems and what it takes to change them.
