Georgina Creed
Unit One Academy
Georgina Creed is a personal trainer and wellbeing coach on a mission to make health and fitness feel achievable, not overwhelming — whether that's for someone walking into a gym for the very first time or a busy professional trying to fit self-care around a demanding career.
Georgina works with two groups of people she's especially passionate about: gym newbies who need confidence and clear guidance to get started, and busy, high-achieving people who've let their energy, health and work-life balance slide in the pursuit of everything else.
With a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science, a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, and certification as a Pre and Post Natal Coach, Georgina brings a genuinely evidence-based approach — but delivers it without the jargon, judgement or extreme diet culture that puts so many people off.
Her Kickstart Program has helped countless gym beginners go from intimidated to genuinely confident with equipment, technique and training, while her Longevity coaching supports people already in the gym who want smarter, more sustainable progress.
Beyond the training floor, Georgina is known for cutting through fitness-industry noise. She helps clients rebuild their relationship with food and exercise, manage stress, protect their sleep, and create habits that support real quality of life — not just how they look, but how they feel, think and perform at work and at home. She also runs free community hikes around Saddleworth and delivers workplace wellbeing workshops, bringing movement, nutrition and stress-management education directly to teams who need it most.
At Ideas Fest, Georgina will bring her practical, no-nonsense take on building confidence in unfamiliar environments and reclaiming energy in busy lives — proof that lasting change doesn't require perfection, just the right support and a plan that actually fits real life.
