Geraldine Lavin is an educator, consultant and facilitator who builds learning experiences, conversations and practical supports that help people turn ideas into action. For more than 30 years, she has worked across business and education, bringing together entrepreneurs, leaders, academics and policymakers to explore problems from different angles and work out what might actually make a difference. As co-founder of 3rd i, she designs and delivers strategy, research, learning and facilitation projects that help organisations develop, adapt and grow. Curious by nature and practical by instinct, Geraldine enjoys connecting people and ideas, spotting the links between them and creating conversations that lead somewhere useful.
