Gian Power OBE

Gian Power OBE is the Founder & CEO of TLC Lions and one of the world's most in-demand voices on human leadership, storytelling, and wellbeing. He has worked with over 300 iconic brands — including Amazon, Fendi, Google and Visa — reaching audiences across 90+ countries, with content now featured in Emirates inflight entertainment. His mission is personal: after starting out at Deutsche Bank and PwC, his father went missing and was later found murdered, igniting his drive to humanise the working world. In 2025, he received an OBE for services to Mental Health. He also hosts The SuperPower Podcast and co-authored Survive and Thrive with Reebok founder Joe Foster.
