Hardy Accounting

Grace Hardy is the founder of Hardy Accounting, an accounting firm she established at 21 years old, after qualifying through the AAT apprenticeship route. Named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe Finance list in 2026, she has become a prominent voice on the next generation of the profession, building a digital first, client centred practice and advocating publicly for accessible pathways into accounting and for neurodiversity in the profession and works closely with the Government on financial education and apprenticeships, and received the Special Recognition award from the Department of Education for her work.
