Unplugged Tots

Hannah Hagon is uncovering how we can reclaim the childhood experience by prioritising a creator mindset over the sedative of consumer-based entertainment. In an era dominated by algorithmic distractions in pixels, Hannah’s work cuts through the noise to ask a critical question: Are we raising children to solve problems, or simply to solve prompts?

As the Founding Director of Unplugged Tots and co-Director of STEAM Arena CIC, Hannah equips parents, educators, and global organisations with evidence-informed approaches to develop the next generation as architects of their own world. Her book, Unplugged Tots (Raspberry Pi Press), became a #1 STEM Education New Release by tapping into a global urgency: the need to move
families from convenience-led habits to intentional, future-focused practices.

Serving on the BCS Council (The Chartered Institute for IT) and recognised as an MK STEM award winner, Hannah brings deep technical credibility to her challenge of the status quo. Her message is clear: if we want a generation capable of original thought, we must rethink how they grow up.

Because when we change the way children learn and play, we don’t just change childhood, we shape the future of human innovation.
