Harriet Waley-Cohen
As a multi-award-winning speaker, trainer and coach, with a background in psychology, a decade in investments and a further decade coaching women on confidence and leadership, Harriet Waley-Cohen supports organisations to be better places for women to succeed and thrive. She is known for leading the more uncomfortable conversations about what is holding women back, including preventing sexual harassment and focusing on fixing systemic barriers rather than gaslighting women into thinking their mindset or behaviour is the true problem. On a personal level, Harriet is a two times breast cancer survivor, has over 23 years of continuous sobriety and addiction recovery under her belt, and lives with a mild traumatic brain injury and PTSD after a serious car accident. This means she is sometimes asked to speak on personal resilience, emotional resilience and thriving through change.
