Heather Offord is the founder of Clarity Consultants Ltd, a Glasgow-based UK business growth consultancy. She is a multi award-winning growth consultant, trainer and professional speaker with over 20 years of experience in sales, social media and marketing, as well as being President of the Scotland West branch of the Professional Speaking Association, and a board member of Highland Business Women. The Growth Compass is Heather's debut book, launched in May, in which she guides business owners through the key pillars of sustainable growth, helping them build a plan that is both realistic and right for their individual business.
