Helen Gibson MBE

Helen Gibson MBE is an award-winning global entrepreneur, TEDx and registered speaker, coach and international business leadership expert.

As former CEO of her family business (Agencia), she has led complex transformation programmes for governments around the world, tackling challenges from terrorism and corruption to cybercrime, health crises and justice reform.

Under her values-driven leadership, Agencia delivered frontline change across nearly 30 countries for clients including the UK Government, NHS, EU and United Nations. Recognised with an MBE for services to international trade, Helen is a sought-after speaker on leadership, women in business, resilience and international business.

Her career spans the Cabinet Office, PA Consulting Group, and decades of steering a successful family business to double its turnover.

A strategic Advisor, non-executive director and media contributor, Helen has featured in outlets such as The Guardian, BBC Radio and Business Insider.

Her debut book, Go for Goosebumps, was released in 2026.

Passionate about encouraging others, Helen is a Panel Member for the Judicial Appointments Commission, a Judge for the King’s Awards for Enterprise (international trade), serves as a long-standing Export Champion, lectures at several University Business Schools, and continues to champion young people.
