Henry trained as an actor and is the Managing Partner of Carbon Global, a multi-award-winning Lead Generation and Business Development agency which focuses on psychology, rhetoric and profiling. He specialises in an ensemble culture that values collaboration and collective success through Multidimensional Innovation. He splits his time between Antwerp and London, facilitating workshops throughout Europe, including at the European Parliament.
