Holly Tenneck

Holly Tenneck helps founders transform overlooked intellectual capital into opportunities for growth, enhanced positioning, and more successful exits. She is the exited founder of a multi-award-winning health-tech PR agency, built from scratch and sold in 2019. This agency specialised in working with Series A digital health companies across the UK, Europe and US.

Before founding her own agency, Holly worked in the NHS and as a political journalist, developing an understanding of navigating complexity and shaping narratives for clarity. She coaches Series A-C founders, agency and consultancy founders, and leaders preparing for scale, funding rounds, or eventual exit.

Her recent work includes assisting founders with repositioning to attract investor interest and accelerate funding discussions. Holly also founded Wilder Work, which delivers experiential team away-days in biodiversity-restoration environments, based on the belief that genuine strategic thinking flourishes outside traditional boardrooms.
