Since launching Unyte in 2019, he has scaled the group from £7m to £25m revenue (35% CAGR), building a retrofit operation delivering 7,500+ projects and a training academy that onboarded 700+ learners in its first year. His focus now is positioning Unyte to capture a meaningful share of the UK's £15bn Warm Homes Plan — decarbonising homes, creating skilled jobs, and proving sustainability can be commercially viable and socially impactful.
