Jen Smith is building Those Interesting People - an intentionally hard-to-categorise home for coaching, supervision, mentoring, neuroinclusion and the kind of conversations that make people see things differently.

Her work sits where business, brains, people and possibility overlap. She’s mentored more than 200 businesses, is an Association for Coaching Accredited Executive Coach, an ILM Level 7 qualified Coach Supervisor, and was recognised in the UK’s f-entrepreneur #ialso100, (now Female Founders 100) in 2021.

Jen brings lived experience of neurodivergence and disability, a pragmatic streak, plenty of curiosity and very little interest in doing things simply because “that’s how they’re done”.
