A former Investment Banker, I am absolutely passionate about SME’s (small to medium enterprises) and want to support them in growing and scaling for success, as well as assisting in addressing challenges and avoiding elephant traps.

My book Making Business Child's Play: How to build a winning brand shares my experience as a founder in FMCG, from idea to business plan to launch. The aim of the book is to share what took me 6 months to learn in 6 minutes.

I'm a prolific angel investor and a regular contributor to media outlets including The Sunday Times, The Times, City AM and Radio 5 Live.

I also love doing telly, and enjoy being part of the guest rota for Channel 5 morning shows.

I am involved with a number of communities and groups for change including as :

Committee Member Angel Investing Committee for the UK Governments Invest in Women Task Force

Advisory board member of leading consumer initiative Buy Women Built

Mentor with Imperial Mentoring Service at Imperial College London.

My Chair & NED roles currently include:

Chair of the Enterprise Investment Scheme Association (EISA), the trade body for the UK’s tax efficient investment scheme

Chair of the philanthropic arm of Paralympics GB, The Parallel Club.
