Joe Roberts-Walker is the founder of Mejuicer, a London-based business supplying fresh, cold-pressed ginger shots to leading corporate offices and hospitality venues across the UK. Since launching in 2021 from his dad’s kitchen, Joe has grown the business into a trusted supplier for clients including Citibank, Clifford Chance, Visa, Ralph Lauren and Goldman Sachs, with a focus on quality, consistency and operational excellence. Built on a mission to support both personal wellbeing and industry change, Mejuicer champions sustainability through a closed-loop glass reuse system and donates a percentage of revenue to charities including CALM and The Burnt Chef Project. Joe is passionate about proving that businesses can scale commercially while staying true to their values, and is particularly focused on building a team and culture that reflects that balance and has a lot of fun along the way.
