I Am More Academy Limited

Keely Pierce is a multi award-winning entrepreneur, Founder of I Am More Academy, and an independent evaluator driven by an obsession with understanding people.

She has never waited for opportunity to come knocking. She creates it. Her journey has taken her from featuring on Wake Up With Marci, broadcast to 2.8 million viewers in New York, to writing for Choices Magazine in Las Vegas and Women's Thrive Magazine internationally. Whatever the platform, her purpose has remained the same: helping people see what others miss.

Driven by one simple question...

What's the rest of the story?

Keely believes no single person ever holds the whole story. The answers don't sit with professionals, policies or data alone. They emerge when lived experience, evidence and curiosity come together, and creating space for that to happen is the cornerstone of her approach.

Keely sits between two worlds that rarely speak the same language: the people living the experience and the organisations making the decisions. Her work bridges that gap, translating lived experience into evidence, strategy and practical action that creates meaningful, lasting change.

That philosophy has led organisations to seek Keely's support where understanding people matters most. Regional councils commission her for emergency interventions with some of their most vulnerable young people, while national programmes, including the Youth Guarantee Trailblazer, have commissioned her specialist consultancy to support young adults into entrepreneurship. Her work has also led to invitations beyond traditional education settings, including Olympic gold medallist Fatima Whitbread's book launch and a dinner at the House of Commons.

I Am More Academy was built from a simple belief: that education, business and life all begin with understanding people. Over the last four years, Keely has reached around 1,500 young people directly as a one-woman operation. Today, I Am More Academy brings together entrepreneurship, self-awareness and real-world learning, helping young people discover who they are before deciding who they want to become. Every conversation is another piece of the puzzle. Every challenge is another chance to understand what sits beneath the surface.

Her work raises people's voices, challenges assumptions and uncovers missing data hiding in plain sight—insight that shapes strategy, influences decision-making and helps ensure fewer people become lost in the crowd or silenced by the system.

For Keely, understanding people isn't the soft part of strategy. It is the strategy.

Because when we stop asking who's right and start asking, "What's the rest of the story?", that's where real change begins. That's what it means to bridge policy, practice and lived experience—helping people understand the whole story.
