Kerry is now CEO at UK Packaging PRO, the organisation appointed by Government to support delivery of the UK's packaging Extended Producer Responsibility scheme, bringing experience of running complex supply chains and embedding sustainability across businesses large and small.
Kerry took part in Young Enterprise's Company Programme while at school in the 1980s. The product her team made is long forgotten; the entrepreneurial instinct it sparked has stayed with her ever since.
She went on to co-found the beauty brand Rituals, and to hold senior roles at Unilever, where she became Chief Quality Officer, and Estée Lauder Companies — where, during the pandemic, she led the switch of production lines from fragrance to hand sanitiser. She was until recently Head of Global Supply Chain at Diageo.
