A passionate advocate for the industry that shaped him, Kieron leads with a rare blend of candour, warmth and accountability. He believes the most powerful leadership comes from sharing the real experience: the successes, the setbacks and the moments that require vulnerability. Becoming comfortable with that vulnerability early in his career has made it one of his defining leadership strengths.
Today, Kieron channels that experience into transformative group facilitation and one-to-one coaching.
