Kyrsten Halley is the former Marketing Director of Aldi UK, where she helped turn one of Britain’s biggest challenger brands into a mainstream favourite, culminating in record market share and Aldi’s entry into the UK’s ‘Big Four’ supermarkets.

Known for combining commercial rigour with a love of challenging the status quo, Kyrsten has built her career around brave ideas, simple thinking and making ambitious work happen in the real world.

She is now building her own consultancy, working with CEOs, CMOs and leadership teams on accelerating growth by unlocking the systems and human behaviours behind it, alongside a portfolio of Non-Executive roles.

Kyrsten is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a Marketing Week Top 100 Marketer and writes the Marketing Week column When Theory Meets Tuesday, exploring the gap between how marketing is supposed to work and what actually happens.
