Lamees Butt is the Founder and CEO of RISER. She has spent the past decade building and scaling startups in the AI space, most notably serving as Senior Vice President at Zoovu, where she helped grow the company from $3M to $30M in ARR. With experience across three funding rounds and earlier roles at Salesforce, Lamees has been entrepreneurial from a young age, launching her first FashTech startup at just 19.
She is also a recognized advocate for gender equality, hosting the top 10 careers podcast In Her Shoes, which has been featured on Nasdaq. Her work and insights have been highlighted in Forbes and Vogue Business. Based in London, Lamees is driven by a mission to expand access to opportunity and is leading this vision through her work in reimagining recruitment.
