ACE-XL

Lara Manton spent over a decade running LJM Bookkeeping before she built ACE-XL, a finance automation consultancy that supports scale-ups to transform their finance departments into real growth drivers. Years inside other people's numbers taught her exactly where finance functions break and ACE-XL exists to fix those issues properly. She believes systems should be built for how the business actually runs and to support the people who have to use those systems in the day to day.

Lara has done all this whilst living with M.E. which is a big part of why she's so passionate about automation that gives people their time back.
