Laura Schofield, founder of Heed, has over 20 years of experience in the PR industry.

Having worked across sectors with global brands, both in-house and at leading agencies, she brings big-brand expertise to her purpose-led vision. She founded Heed in January 2025 with a mission to drive positive change - both through the carefully curated clients the agency works with, and internally, by creating a culture focused on employee wellbeing.

Laura is a mentor to communications students at leading universities and judges communication competitions on a global stage, helping to shape the next generation of PR talent.
