Lauren Lea is the founder of OBM Associates, an award-winning business management agency, and its personal brand, Lauren Lea OBM. OBM Associates exists to take founders out of the day-to-day running of their business. Stepping in as fractional COOs, Lauren and her team lead internal operations, build systems that scale, and shape the business strategy that turns ambition into a business that runs without the founder holding it all together.

Lauren is also co-founder and director of Root and Scale Consultancy, extending the same fractional, systems-first approach into working alongside three fellow senior consultants to resolve the operational, leadership, and cultural fractures that stop growing SMEs from scaling sustainably.

Her career began in financial services, where she became the youngest operational manager across the UK, EU and Australasia. That grounding shaped a conviction she has built a career on: growth without operational structure eventually buckles under its own weight. It's the thinking behind every business she designs and every founder she advises.
